If you aren't able to bring your computer to our workshop, we've launched a "Call & Collect" service. Very simply, we can collect your PC from your home or office, bring it back to our workshop for all necessary work to be undertaken and then return it to you. This is usually on a next-day basis and the charge for NRG's Call & Collect is just £10.00 + our standard PC repair charge. We operate a maximum labour charge of £39.95 (inc VAT) on all labour-only computer repairs. We always carry out a hardware test on your PC before any work is begun, if we find a major problem we will contact you immediately and you can call a halt to the repair or authorise additional work to be carried out. This means that you are NEVER presented with an unexpected bill.
The flat rate £39.95 charge includes all backup and format jobs, usually needed in the event of software corruption or a nasty virus infection and we backup all your documents, photos, videos, internet favourites and anything else that you want to save - all at NO extra cost. This compares favourably with PC World who charge £69.99 for the same job and will not backup/restore your documents.

Although we are based in Nottingham, we are happy to collect PC repairs from across the East Midlands, customers in Derbyshire, Leicestershire & Nottinghamshire are equally welcome!
If your PC does require a reinstallation of the operating system, we always guarantee that your valuable documents are kept safe during the process. We will backup your documents to an external drive to ensure absolute safety, only then is your computer's hard disk drive wiped clean. After the Windows installation, we always ensure that all the latest system device drivers are installed, ensuring that all your hardware is configured for optimal performance. In addition, we download and install all available Microsoft Windows updates so you can be certain that your PC is fully up-to-date.
We are unable to backup software programs which you have installed, but we do pre-install all essential software such as free anti-virus protection, word processing software and programs to protect your against spyware. This is all included in our standard £39.95 repair price. When all this work has been carried out, we will transfer your documents back to your PC and thoroughly virus check them - making sure that if your PC had a virus infection when we received it, it will be absolutely safe to use when we return it back to you.
